This week, we have finally bonded with our mentees! We did a team building game and it was really fun knowing that we will get along with laughs and progress in the future. What has gone wrong would be receiving the wrong the contact information of the Visitor's Channel , so this week we had to call them again to get the correct information. I was tasked to contact KSPN2, but I was having troubles because they weren't answering and that was a challenge for me. Through the process, I learned that I should have a set time to contact a government number. I don't recall any skill improvement this week. Since we have finally contacted KSPN, I believe that we will be on track for an on-time delivery. An adjustment that needs to be made on the timeline would be scheduling our meeting with KSPN. Our next action would be sending KSPN the requirements (script) needed and the meeting.

We have accomplished getting the camera ready to film for our video and the getting the number for KSPN. Two things has actually has gone wrong. The first that went wrong would be one of our teammates got the wrong number to contact the KSPN Visitor's Channel. The second thing that went wrong would be the fact that the Visitor's Channel already has a traffic video. My team and I faced the challenge of contacting the wrong number. Our team member actually called a hardware store instead of KSPN, which was just a confusion. We learned that we need to find the right contact number next time. As of right now, we are not on time with an on-track delivery because we need to make a lot of changes and add-ons to our project calendar. An adjustment needed would be changing the date of filming. Our next action would meeting with KSPN.

My group and I have accomplished making a script for our video project. So far, nothing has gone wrong with our project and we hope that it doesn't occur in the future either. A challenge we have faced would be making the script. We are going to face another problem which would be trying to contact someone from the Visitor's Channel. In my opinion, I think it'll be quite difficult because we are not sure if we will be able to (hopefully we do). My group and I actually just started making the script this week since it kind of slipped out of our minds to make one during the break. But we did have an idea if we wanted our script to be, so it was too difficult for us. We have learned to think ahead of time. I don't think my skills have improved this past week. Yes, the Island Awareness group are on track for an on-time delivery. We have made our script in a span of one week before our video-taking day (which is next Saturday.)
